Privacy policy

This policy covers domdomlabs.com only. Each product the studio runs has its own privacy policy on its own site.

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and shows no ads. Fonts and scripts are served from this domain. If you email the studio, it keeps your email to answer you.

Who is responsible

DomDom Labs runs this site and decides how the data described here is used. You can reach it at hello@domdomlabs.com.

What is collected

• Request data. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data about each request, such as your IP address, browser and the page asked for. The studio does not keep its own access logs and does not use this data to identify you. The legal basis is the studio's legitimate interest in running a secure site.
• Email. If you write to the studio, it receives your address, your name if you give it, and what you wrote. This is used only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. The legal basis is your request, or the studio's legitimate interest in answering it.

The studio does not sell this data, share it for advertising or use it to build a profile of you.

Who else handles it

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and may process request data in the United States, under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Its own policy is at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. Email is handled by the studio's email provider in the same way.

How long it is kept

Email is kept while the conversation is useful and deleted within two years of the last message, unless the law requires it to be kept longer. Request data is kept by Cloudflare for its own short security periods.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK or a place with similar law, you can ask to see the data the studio holds about you, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, take a copy, or object to its use. Write to hello@domdomlabs.com and you will get an answer within a month. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described on this page.
